The 1865 Project Cigar by Rocky Patel uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper dual binders from Honduras and Nicaragua and fillers from Nicaragua. It is rolled at the company’s factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A.
